Ad hoc planning

Entire teams are often assigned short-term tasks, such as tickets, questions, etc., which must be processed. Creating your own packages for this is too time-consuming; a team member simply grabs this work, does it and reports back the workload. Nevertheless, the capacity for this work must be planned so that the team is not overloaded. To do this, the team is simply planned for a package with the effort and marked as an ad hoc. Now every team member can report back to it without having to plan in detail beforehand.
