Alternative resources

One solution to resource overload is to schedule another resource. However, to do this, the project manager must know who can professionally carry out this work and whether the appropriate person is sufficiently available during the period. Since a project manager cannot know all people in the company and is also not planned which skill the person will use in the affected work package, another AI helps with suggestions. The project manager can accept the proposal and thus solve the problem, or he can reject the proposal. The AI learns from these decisions. She then knows better and better which people can be used as an alternative. In doing so, the AI learns from all decisions made by all project managers.
