Demand Management / Approve Project Proposals

How are project proposals approved

Functions:

• In the Administration Suite, you can define so-called switches that must be set when approving a project. Individuals can be assigned to each switch to operate them. In the 'Manage Demands' app, you can now define which switches must be set for each demand. Next, there are apps available to grant approval from the designated individuals.
• Demands (proxies) can now be moved between portfolios.

Open a portfolio containing demands. Now you can approve the demands (click on the demand and then click 'Approve' in the header) and, if desired, move them to a new portfolio. Before approval, essential information about the demand is available, such as effort, risk, cost, and how many of the required approvals (status switches) have already been obtained.

The pie charts provide analyses of all projects and demands within the open portfolio.
