The main way to edit the content of a portfolio is in the "Manage Portfolios" application. This is where existing projects can be added to or removed from a portfolio.

If a project is removed from a portfolio, the project remains, only the reference is removed (the software also displays this as a message).

You can also add multiple projects in one operation. To do this, simply select a folder when adding. All the projects below it will be added. If there are projects in this folder that are already in the portfolio, the project will be ignored.

Projects cannot be added to a portfolio more than once.
