      Personio Interface

      Personio is a powerful HR system. Can Do can utilize data from Personio and therefore has a standard interface.

      Employee Master Data:

      All master data of employees such as names, email addresses, etc., are cyclically transferred to the Can Do standard HR importer. If the person is not present in Can Do, they are created. If the person already exists, any changed data are updated accordingly.

      The update cycle can be scheduled (for example, once a day).

      Vacation Data (Absences)

      Vacations recorded in Personio are transferred for capacity planning into the corresponding vacation scheduling in Can Do. The technology works just like with the employee master data.

      Standard

      The interface is included in the delivery scope. Only modifications to the interface (different fields, etc.) incur a one-time administrative expense.
