Description of the app

See at a glance what is planned for you:


  • The gauge with arrows shows you what percentage of your time is planned for this week (red arrow) and how many hours you have reported back (blue arrow). Your goal should be for the blue arrow to be above the red arrow by the end of the week.
  • If you are working on a task with other people, you will see their names in the small table above. Click on a name to see what else the person is working on.
  • In the word cloud on the top right, you can see all the projects you are supposed to work on. The larger the name, the more work there is. Click on the name to view the entire project.
  • In the table, you can enter the status and progress.
  • The small umbrellas open a window where you can enter your hours. Can Do’s AI calculates how much you ideally need to work on a task today to get everything done.

  • You can also download an app for your smartphone. There, you can also enter your times. The application has a download button for the mobile app. The time tracking window can now be enlarged.

  • You can add tasks to a work package. Select the package and enter the tasks in the lower area.
  • On the 'View' tab, you can also select different time periods.
  • On the 'Edit' tab, you can modify work packages, links, and your own resource allocations.



    Button '% Progress'

    The employee can set the progress of the work package themselves using the '% Progress' button.
    Show and Hide the Info Bar

    The Info Bar can be shown and hidden using the '^' button.
    Simulated Switches

    Simulated projects can be activated in the Employee+ app.
    Filter by Work Time Models on the Personal Dashboard

    In the 'Edit' tab, packages such as weekly or daily work time models can be selected from a dropdown list.
