Data processing agreement (DPA)
In Germany, this refers to the collection, processing or use of personal data by a service provider on behalf of the responsible party.
This is always necessary when a Can Do cloud system is used. Even though Can Do does not have access to customer data at any time, such an agreement should still be made. Here is our template contract.
