Redesign of the Details Window

Consistent Design of the Tabs under “Details”

To improve user-friendliness, consistency, and operating logic within the application, the layout and functionality of the tabs under “Details” (in apps like Project Planner, Table Planner, Staffer, etc.) are being revised. The goal is to create a consistent appearance, remove redundant elements, and design the user interface to be clear and intuitive.

The following section provides a detailed overview of the adjustments made in the “Details” area:

  1. Consistent Layout for All Tabs:
    The tabs in the “Details” section will receive a uniform design in terms of layout, spacing, font sizes, and colors. This will create a professional overall appearance and improve user orientation.

  2. Centralized Control with “Save” and “Cancel”:
    Each tab will feature two consistently placed buttons at the bottom:
    “Save” – to apply the changes made
    “Cancel” – to discard changes and reset the input state
    These buttons are firmly anchored in the layout and replace other save options within the tabs.

  3. Removal of the “X” Icon in the Top Right Corner:
    The “X” icon previously located in the upper right corner to close a tab will be removed. This prevents accidental closures and reduces visual distractions.
    Navigation will instead be handled exclusively via the designated buttons within the tab.

  4. Elimination of Additional Save Functions Within Tabs:
    To ensure clear user guidance, all additional or duplicate save functions within individual tabs will be removed.
    This prevents users from needing to save in multiple locations or getting confused by redundant options.
