By the end of March 2022, a new version of all Can Do systems will be available. The cloud solutions have already been gradually upgraded to this new version. The on-prem systems can then also be updated internally within the companies.
Comment Function in the Project Planner
Objects can be commented on by users, noting who wrote the comment. There is a "Comments" button under the "Start" tab.
Earned Value Analysis Graphically and as Values in Project Planner
The "EVA Charts" function has been added to the filter under the "View" tab. The project's Earned Value Analysis can be displayed both in value and graphically.
Resource Filter in Project Planner Improved
With the "Filter" function under the "View" tab in the Gantt, specific resources under certain departments can be filtered. The work package with this resource assignment can be marked in red to give you a good overview. The function has been revised.
Undo and Trashcan in Project Planner
The "Undo" function under the "View" tab helps you undo your changes and go back to the last steps. In the "Trashcan" under "View," you can find deleted items (work packages, milestones, phases) and restore them in the project plan.
New Views in Project Planner
A new "Work" view has been introduced under the "Table" tab. Listed are the planned effort, actual effort, planned Earned Value (EV), and actual Earned Value.
Baseline Introduced as a New Feature in Project Planner
Baseline can be created, edited, and updated. The deleted baseline can also be restored.
By clicking on the Baseline button in the menu item, the existing baselines for a selected project are displayed in a dropdown list.
The specific baseline can be selected from the dropdown list and displayed as red lines in the project plan.
"Save View" Added in Project Planner
Under the "View" menu item, the "Save View" function has been added. The current setting of the current page view in the Project Planner can be saved.
"Robot" Menu Item Introduced in Project Planner
In the Project Planner, it is possible to move work packages and their dependencies together to the left or right side. The associated phase can also be influenced to avoid movement beyond the phase.
Under "Robot Configuration," there is a short video to introduce the selected Robot functionality.
JIRA Backlog List in Project Planner
Under the "Agile" menu item, by clicking on "Backlog," the backlog stories from Connected Epics are loaded. The Story Point is interpreted as effort and the Assignee as a resource in the table of the Project Planner.

Demands can be edited in Gantt.
Enhanced Resource Filters in Project Planner
In the Resource Filter, the user can select and decide:
- only the selected department assignments
- the resources below the selected departments, but not the department assignment itself
- both resources in departments and assigned departments
Comment Function for the Project Planner App
Under the "Start" menu item in the Project Planner, comments on the project packages can be added by clicking on "Comments." Additionally, comments can also be added or edited by clicking on "History" under "Details." The comments are numbered at Level 15 in the history.
Activity Input in Project Planner Made More Comfortable
After you have added a task and pressed the Enter key, open a new blank task in the next line and place the cursor there. This allows the user to easily add tasks.

The data for activities within packages are automatically moved when the package is moved.
"Manage Requirements" Button Added in Project Planner and Table Planner
Under "Edit Selection" in the Gantt and Table Planner, a "Manage Requirements" button has been added. It jumps to the Demand Management app and loads the request.
Entry of Approximate Cost Values Enabled in Project Planner
The approximate cost value can be entered under "Costs" in the Gantt.
Time Scale in Project Planner Improved
Under "View" in the Project Planner app, the project can be displayed quarterly. The top time scale is years, and the second is quarters.
